Abstrak
Penelitian ini menganalisis upaya Tiongkok dalam mencapai kepentingan energi Arktik di tengah-tengah polemik seperti pencairan es dan tidak ada kepemilikan pada sebagian besar wilayah itu. Dengan pengembangan BRI yang didasari oleh penggunaan energi alternatif, sehingga BRI membantu pengembangan bisnis baik kecil, menengah dan besar. Akan tetapi, hal ini bertentangan dengan kebijakan beberapa negara di kawasan Arktik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif koleksi data sekunder dan teori keamanan energi yang dijelaskan oleh Bernard D. cole untuk melihat tantangan yang dihadapi Tiongkok dan diplomasi energi sebagai upaya Tiongkok. Sehubungan dengan bentuk-bentuk diplomasi energi, termasuk hasil lunak energi, dengan akses ke kecerdasan atau mengeksploitasi sumber-sumber yang ada melalui dua tahap pertama, melalui promosi energi global oleh Tiongkok menggunakan hubungan diplomatik dan kerja sama. Kedua, kelahiran kebijakan adalah jalur sutra di kutub dengan adanya kertas putih yang dikeluarkan di Arktik, yang berisi kepentingan, tujuan dan tanggung jawab Tiongkok terhadap kawasan Arktik.
